1:1 Personal Training

If you have specific goals that are centered around a particular sporting event or you just prefer a private setting for training then we can tailor your sessions especially for you.

Before getting started we will take you through a comprehensive consultation to make sure that everything is ready before your first session.

Each personal training session will be an hour long and we’ll use a full body training platform to make every session as effective as the last.

 

Small Group PT

It's more fun to work out with people you know and like - and chances are, you're more likely to stick to your commitment. Come work out with a group of existing friends, or let us plug you in with a group to build new friendships.
